Blueview Vietnam Production Base was officially completed and started operation in August 2023. It is the first oversea production base of Blueview. Located in Hai Phong, Vietnam’s second-largest port city. Covering with 2100㎡ workshop. 20+ sets of machines, professional management team from headquarters and over 40 skillful workers, we aim for consistent product quality and fast leading time for customer.
Blueview Vietnam Production Base boasts fully automated SMD and welding production lines, operating with standardized procedures. The primary production and testing equipment includes fully automatic soldering machines, YAMAHA-YSM10 high-speed SMT machines, reflow soldering, SPI solder paste testers, AOI optical testers, 35T vertical injection molding machines, integrating sphere testers, IES testing system, image measurement instruments, and more. We adhere to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system established by our headquarters, incorporating 5S practices and lean production principles to ensure an efficient and well-organized workspace.
The management team and QC in Blueview Vietnam factory all came from Blueview headquarter in China, with rich management and quality control experience. Moreover, they know all Current standards and requirements, which is easy to execute the management and quality control policies effectively. Blueview Vietnam team started to build the quality control system based on ISO9001:2005 from October of 2023, and received the certification from TUV in April of 2024.
We equipped with all kinds of quality control devices, which can control the whole process from raw material to finished products, such as integrating sphere, RoHS detectors, X-RAY machine, IP rating test, drop tester and so on.
